Simply press your cup against the paddle to let the flow of water to come out. The Machines highly efficient compressor makes the cold water crisp and ice cold without the need of adding ice cubes to your drink. The hot faucet is hot enough to cook ones tea or coffee or any other steaming hot beverage. Due to the extremely hot water, wave added a child safety lock on the hot water faucet. This water cooler is also designed to hold the Avalon 3 Gal. Filter Bottle taking away the need to keep buying bottles of spring water to refill the cooler. The water cooler is UL listed and complies with all standards of Energy Star. The unit dimensions are 12 in. x 12 in. x 19 in.

This cooler was bought as a replacement and so far I’m happy with the hot and cold water it produces. I just wished that the black area behind the dispensing area was white like my previous cooler; amazing how white reflection helps the eyes at the time of putting water in the cups. In my case, I use the hot water to fill an aluminum expresso coffee maker which require me to keep the water level right under a pressure relief valve in it, I can’t see the level. Same with the cold; specially with dark color cups on both. I solved this situation by sticking a small LED lamp in between the hot and cold dispensers which I turn on-off as needed.Again, I’m very satisfied with this product; only wish the next generation comes with a built it small LED light in that area like the refrigerators, even if the price goes up a bit. Love this cooler!!
