The Avalon Countertop Hot/Cold Water Cooler is made with innovation and style. The easy-to-use paddle spouts make it so much more convenient to use. Simply press your cup against the paddle to let the flow of water to come out. The Machines highly efficient compressor makes the cold water crisp and ice cold without the need of adding ice cubes to your drink. The hot faucet is hot enough to cook ones tea or coffee or any other steaming hot beverage. Due to the extremely hot water, wave added a child safety lock on the hot water faucet. This water cooler is also designed to hold the Avalon 3 Gal. Filter Bottle taking away the need to keep buying bottles of spring water to refill the cooler. The water cooler is UL listed and complies with all standards of Energy Star. The unit dimensions are 12 in. x 12 in. x 19 in.

I love this water dispenser. I tried different filtration water pitchers before to buying bottled water, but nothing has worked as well as this product. I don’t drink room temperature water so I always needed to chill my water in advance and sometimes would forget or get lazy and opt to drinking less. Because I have easier access to cold/hot water, I drink more water as I’m walking by and it has made it a whole lot easier to drink more tea as well. After about 5 months of use, the water dispenser wasn’t cooling the water and the cold light would stay on for HOURS without doing anything. I contacted support over the weekend and Tiffany responded back first thing on Monday with more questions to assess the issue and a possible resolution. The fix was simple enough and I am happy I have my cold water again!
