It works good. I’m happy that I NO longer have to go through all the steps like before to make a single cup of coffee because the hot water comes out just at the degree I like. HOWEVER…I couldn’t give it a complete 5 stars because of the cold part. I was under the impression that the cold faucet WOULD BE COLD. To me it is like 3 degrees higher than room temperature. I like ICE COLD water & it is not, so that calls for the deduction of a star. Don’t get me wrong…it is worth buying. Just don’t expect ice cold water.

No issues with set up. Be mindful that the cold water may take longer than 1 hour to reach the correct temperature. I think it took 2 hours or more but less than 3 and then indicator light went out. Be patient. Overall I am happy with purchase.
