We have had this water cooler for about 5 months. Works very well. Improvements could include faster cold water flow and automatic sanitize cycle instead of having to remember to toggle a switch in the back of the unit. Could also include a tap for room temperature water but that is a minor convenience. We have the white model, would have preferred a stainless but it wasn’t available when we needed it.

Bought it to replace a Black and Decker bottom loader that we have had for probably 10 years as the older style 5 gallon jugs are almost impossible to find and the new style jugs would not seal. The only complaint I have about it is the ledge on the water catch tray is too small to sit a glass firmly on it. Not a deal breaker, but it is an irritant.
