VERY happy with this thing. No more heaving the bottle on top, spilling some everywhere, hoping nobody knocks it over. The pump works great, is quiet, no complaints. I like that the unit has switches for cool and hot, so we can leave them both off and just have room temp water. Nice job, design and engineering teams.
