I had the top loading one that I had a problem lifting onto top of the cooler. This one is very easy to load and more convenient for a senior such as myself.

This is such a great cooler! So easy to load and I really like the dispensing arm on the cold as you do not have to use two hands…….just push on the lever and the cold water comes out. It is a very attractive unit and the price was terrific. I recommend this dispenser.

We have had this water cooler for about 5 months. Works very well. Improvements could include faster cold water flow and automatic sanitize cycle instead of having to remember to toggle a switch in the back of the unit. Could also include a tap for room temperature water but that is a minor convenience. We have the white model, would have preferred a stainless but it wasn’t available when we needed it.
