The Avalon Cleaning Kit is a complete solution for cleaning the interior and exterior of your Avalon or any brand water cooler. Pre-moistened disinfectant wipes help kill bacteria on the exterior, while citric acid crystals remove any limescale or mineral build-up inside your water tank. This will help kill bacteria and viruses from your water cooler. Repeat every 3 to 6 months to ensure perfect water, every time. The kit includes: 200 grams of citric acid crystals, mini screw driver, pair of nitrile gloves, 2 disinfectant wipes, scrubbing sponge, and a mixing stirrer.

10/10 you have to watch the video, the written instructions do not include a lot of the IMPORTANT steps needed to throughly clean your machine. Other wise, it did what it was supposed to do. Which is good, becuase no one likes floaties in their water.
