The Avanti Pro 6-1/2 in. x 18 Tooth Fast-Framing Circular Saw Blade has wide-set teeth designed for cutting softwood, pressure-treated beams and oriented-strand board (OSB). The durable-construction carbide reinforcement extends the life of this blade up to twice that of standard steel blades. It has a thin-kerf edge and friction-reducing rim coating to resist binding and drag. It is designed specifically for professional contractors.

Needed a low profile blade for ripping up a floor. Neede to just cut 3/8″ of plywood and linoelum without trashing the subfloor. A regular 7 1/4″ blade will cut a little too deep. This was a good solution. Good price.

This was a nice blade to use for ripping some 2×4 studs still inside the wall. The old blade had too many small teeth and was setting off the smoke alarm! This was an inexpensive solution. One thing I didn’t catch until I was at the store is that the 2 pack is priced for each blade.
