The Avanti Pro 7-1/4 in. x 18-Tooth Fast-Framing Circular Saw Blade is designed specifically for professional contractors. It produces clean cuts in softwood, pressure-treated beams and oriented-strand board (OSB). It has a thin-kerf edge and friction-reducing rim coating to resist binding and drag. The durable-construction carbide reinforcement extends the life of this blade up to twice that of standard steel blades.

I found this to be a most excellent product, exactly as advertised it does in fact have 18 teeth perfectly spaced teeth, unlike my uncle Walt who only has seven. The circular saw blade is exactly seven and one quarter inches in diameter, no metric conversion kit needed! Best of all however is the striking blue paint scheme which adds a professional look to any woodworking project whether utilizing solid frame lumber or plywood. It is truly inspirational and encourages the builder to rise up to meet the lofty expectations of a true craftsman.
