I used this to brush off a lot of rust on a metal shed that was about 10’x10’x10′. Made it through the whole job, but by the end the bristles had tightened up into a cylinder and it was harder to use. I would still recommend it though, and buy it again.

I attached this item to my drill. Be careful when using. Does scrape metal, but you need some strength in your hands and arms to hold the drill tight while the brush is spinning. Can be dangerous if you don’t know how to use this tool.

Used it to prep the surface, by removing corrosion, of a car knuckle to mount a new hub. Excellent fast result. As others have noted, it will leave scratches. Plan to sand if that is a concern with your project.
