The Bayou Classic 4-gal Stainless Steel Bayou Fryer is designed with efficiently and safety in mind. From the large front mounted thermometer to the design of the heating tube, it is obvious that safety was a primary concern when this deep fryer was designed. The 4 Gal. stainless steel bayou fryer was designed with a v-bottom that keeps the base oil temperatures cooler so batter does not burn and the oil stays cleaner longer. Every fry cook knows the cleaner the cooking oil, the longer you can use it and the more economical the cooker. The Bayou Classic Stainless Steel Bayou Fryer features a temperature gauge, drain valve, 10 psi preset regulator, stainless steel braided hose and two stainless steel baskets with cool touch handles. How does it work, The Stainless Steel Bayou Fryer 700-701 blasts super-hot air horizontally through the internal tubing immersed in the cooking oil. The heat is transferred from the tubing into the center of the oil. While frying, loose batter falls below the heat source into the v-bottom and does not scorch. The cooking oil stays clean longer, the food always tastes great and your bayou fryer is cheaper to operate. The Bayou Fryer is considered one of the safest and most economical deep fryers to operate.

I absolutely love this fryer. It holds temps very well and just have to make some small adjustments depending on whether it’s frozen or thawed food. I’ve owned multiple tabletop fryers in the past and they don’t compare to this thing. I bought the cart too so that I can move it around on my patio easier and take it out in the yard for cleaning.
