Bayou Classic skillet works beautifully on flattop range. Cast iron is perfect for breakfast meats, eggs, and french toast, not to mention hashbrown potatoes. More than one course will fit at a time, and cleanup is easy.

Bought this to make huge chocolate chip cookie cakes. It does have a rough cooking surface, but I line the pan with Parchment paper so that did not matter to me. The cookie lifts right out on the paper. Love the 2 handles. This pan has so many uses. I think something like apple crisp would be amazing because it is such a deep pan. The price is very reasonable for such a huge, heavy pan. Happy with my purchase!
