I bought this surge protecter ten days ago for my two computers that are in my home office and i think it will do the trick. my two computer power supplys got fried and had to replace them, im upgrading to a ups instead.

Like this compared to the 360 swivel, because even though we tell them not to plug in sapce heaters they still will and the 360 swivel will burn out but not this unit (with its hard right angle plug). Mounting holes are on one side, but they don’t give me trouble with good screws and what you mount to. My favorite feature is the power switch next to the cord, elminates users kicking the power strip when not mounted.

The mounting hole/slot on the rear of the unit is poorly located. Both of the mounting points are on the left side. When removing a plug that is tight, the base tries to twist on the screw mounts. Engineering should know that “both” sides should have mounting holes/slots. I had to add an adhesive to the right hand side for extra strength. I’m very disappointed.

The mounting slots in the back are upside down. If you want to mount the surge protector and have it slide over the mounting screws and be secure, the cord will be on the bottom and the word Belkin will be upside down. Don’t quite get this. Possibly why it’s at a low price.
