this item does not support 1920×1080 resolution .. tried using it with a Surface Book Dock to extend desktop to two 1920×1080 DVI input monitors…. large black bars on the left of each monitor is hard to use. its great that the description says supports 1080p HD but it would be nice if the product packaging or item descriptions would state max supported resolution.
