Lock functions fine but the finger print reader is really spotty. Sometimes it take 10-15 tries before it reads my finger print and I’ve made multiple entries/profiles for the same finger so it would read different angles and parts of my finger. Still really doesn’t save time. Also, accidentally dropped the lock and it took a huge chunk of the lock out since the lock body is relatively weak metal. Lastly the lock shackle opens the opposite way others opens so it takes some time to get used to.

Great lock that is well built and easy to use once it is set up. Makes it super easy to get into my locker at the hospital. However I took off a star for the set up instructions as my husband and I found the instructions difficult to understand and missed some details that would have made it easier to set up.

Customer service is great because we had a defective lock. Called late Friday and got with us quickly. They sent new locks in fedex and took it less than a week to arrive… super fast. And the new lock worked perfectly.
