This is an awesome non-stick pan! I got this to replace an older BergHOFF Virgo pan. I feel like this is quite the upgrade. I love the lid with built in strainers on either side as well as a notch next to the handles to prop up the lid so you can stir the content. This will be my everyday pan. I did follow the instructions and performed a light seasoning before first use. I heated up the pan with some cooking oil then let it sit to cool and wiped out the oil. They recommend doing this from time to time. It is really non-stick and cleans super easily.
