My wife and I have been using Berndes pots and pans for well over a decade now. Unfortunately, the SIgnocast style is no longer manufactured. Our original set is still in use after all these years, and all but one pan is still performing like they are almost new. That pan has been our breakfast meat pan, and after over 10 years the surface finally limits use to frying meats. We were very pleased to find that Home Depot still had an old stock of the correct size pan in stock, even though it is a crepe pan (close enough). I know of very few other non-stick pots and pans that last over a decade with regular use. Prefer nothing but Berndes Signocast (when we can find it)!
