If you keep in mind that this is a small vise made for small jobs it’s great! Clamp it to a table or bench or whatever and cut/drill/polish whatever you’re working on. Great third hand!

Nice stable LIGHT DUTY clamp on vice. Great for holding small objects for part assembly, sharpening small tools or lawn mower blades, and is very portable. Base clamp works well on my steel table and wooden workbench. Note: This is a lightweight vice not designed for heavy loads.

It is solid and strong. It clamps on to the table and doesn’t slide or move, which is good. The only think I don’t like about it is that the vise part has a slick surface and things slide out of it easily. I had to put rubber bands around both halves of the vise to give it better grip.
