It is perfect for small jobs (ex. Regripping golf clubs). It will attach to any surface although it might scratch or dent the surface if not padded. I used cardboard box pieces on the top and bottom. It is handy and efficient.

Great small vise for smaller jobs. Design could be better for bottom securing clamp. Vise jaws need to be just a bit longer for better grip. I used mine to secure my 5D Tactical Pro Jig for milling my 80% AR-15 lowers. Worked well enough!

Not the best vice out there, but for the price it did what it needed to do. Wish it had rubber around the clamps to help hold things with smooth surfaces in place.
