This thing is a beast! Sturdier and larger than I expected. Clamp surfaces are not forgiving, it is easy to score wood or other items being held, use padding or shim pieces as necessary.Very happy w/ my purchase!

Good high quality vice- I would have been a little happier if the vice came with the bolts to secure it to the workbench, as I had to go back to Home Depot to buy them. I also understand why they are not included – workbenches are different thicknesses, so how would the manufacturer know how long the bolts should be? They should at least print that the bolts are not included on the box.

I’ve only had time to mount the vise to the bench. However the vise seems to be of quality material, jackscrew works smoothly and swivel base rotates and locks smoothly.i will be adding the jaw pads in the near future before i put it to use.
