The best parallel clamp in the world just got better. By listening to you and building in features that provide the solutions you asked for. The new K BODY REVOlution (KRE) is designed to clamp at 90° to the rail with very large clamping surfaces. The ergonomic 2 part handle includes a steel socket that allows 1 to apply clamping force using a hex key. While this helpful feature was designed for ease of clamping, it does allow 1 to provide more clamping force and is particularly helpful for those with wrist strength issues. The operating jaw has undergone some evolutionary changes as well. Position it where you want and start clamping. The easy set-up allows 1 to position the operating jaw where you want and, it will stay put during set up. The New BESSEY K BODY REVOlution offers a load limit of 2200 lbs., an everyday clamping force of 1700 lbs. and sizes that range from 12 in. to 98 in. BESSEY. Simply better.

Although I’ve only used these clamps once, they are incredibly well made. I recently got into woodworking and have been building my tool collection. After reading many reviews on the Bessey parallel clamps, I decided to only buy Bessey clamps and have bought 4 50″ clamps, 4 40″, and 12 24″ clamps, all from Home Depot. Each length is of the highest quality and HD always had the lowest prices by quite a bit. Bessey has corrected the issues previous owners had, such as the head sometimes falling prior to clamping. They’ve also added a hex bolt in the handle to aide in tightening. This would best serve folks with hand injuries or a weaker grip. Haven’t found any downside yet.

AWSOME CLAMPS

Works as expected, used it for a 6′ x 3′ tabletop glue up at 1 3/4″ thick hard red oak. The clamping power itself was not enough to actually squeeze all the boards together with dowel joinery, so I had to flip the table to be vertical. After some more hammering with a mallet, the boards joined more closely and used these clamps in the vertical position to get that last mile squeeze pressure with the help of gravity to make sure my tabletop boards were nice and tight.

These clamps are the standard by which other clamps should be if not already be judged. Performs better than any others I have used. the REVO redesign is great at setting the adjustable jaw where you want it and stays put much easier than the older design. If you don’t have any of these clamps, I suggest you get some. You will absolutely love them.
