Description
This economical strap clamp makes it easy to assemble rectangular frames up to 144 in. in circumference. The high strength strap pulls evenly on both ends of the strap, thus placing even pressure on all 4 corners. This clamp may also be used to clamp other shapes including round items. Just remove the 3 sliding 90° corner guides and use the bare strap. You may also purchase the VAC-6 variable angle corner clips as the width of this clamps strap is the same as that of the VAS-23 clamp. Complete with the high quality 2K handle for comfortable grip.

I have had other brands of straps clamps but I do prefer this one over the other brand. The plastic pieces that go over your corners seem to be a little more sturdier. I have broken other brands plastic pieces while tightening their products. So far these have fared better.

A tiny tricky when strapping large frames but, well worth the effort. Clamp seems to pull all 4 corners tight while keeping the frame square. I would definitely recommend this clamp. I do believe it should be the manufacturers responsibility to include helpful hints on how to use the product to the best of its ability. When tight, center the corners to the product being clamped together to eliminate possible rolling of frame.

You you cannot go wrong with a Bessy clamp. This did great for making picture frames and getting perfect miter joint glue ups. I would like better strap management as the post and rubber band management system that came with it will likely not hold up to long term repeated use.
