Description
This economical strap clamp makes it easy to assemble rectangular frames up to 144 in. in circumference. The high strength strap pulls evenly on both ends of the strap, thus placing even pressure on all 4 corners. This clamp may also be used to clamp other shapes including round items. Just remove the 3 sliding 90° corner guides and use the bare strap. You may also purchase the VAC-6 variable angle corner clips as the width of this clamps strap is the same as that of the VAS-23 clamp. Complete with the high quality 2K handle for comfortable grip.

A perfectly easy way to clamp boxes, frames, or other square work. I should have had these when I first started in woodworking 40 years ago!

I found that this clamp does it’s job well. That is, it holds a frame firmly and squarely in place until the glue/adhesive in the joint cures, and recommend it for that purpose. I don’t believe the clamp is intended to provide the type of pressure a corner clamp might exerts.Insofar as not having some kind of rewind capability for excess strap, I think that would be a nice feature, but not essential. Another (larger) Bessey strap clamp has this included if needed.

This strap clamp worked very well! I used it with the angle clamp you can get for it instead of the 90 degree ones to comes with. I made 17 hexagons for centerpieces for my wedding. Works good as a third hand and hold everything right in place
