We needed a new toaster and wanted something compact, but yet had all the other settings our old (large) one had. Before we found this toaster, we actually bought two others that we returned because they would get extremely hot on the outside.This little toaster is great! It’s compact size fits nicely in the cabinet when not in use. I like the features for reheat, defrost and the large slots that fit bagels and thick slices of bread. The best part is that the outside stays cool during toasting. Great little toaster and good price.
