The blower is light, powerful,egronomic and more quiet than others in its class. It has a smooth 2 speed switch the lower speed is enough for dry leaves and grass clippings the higher speed is best for light damp derbies keep im mind the higher speed will deplete the battery faster. I would recommend the 20V 4ah battery or 2 of the 20V 2 ah battries to along with the blower to complete a medium 1/4 Acer home especially of you prefer full power. I was aware of its capabilities and would absolutely recommend if you are looking to upgrade or invested in the B+D 20v line.

This cordless leaf blower approximates the performance of my old corded one. I have 4 battery packs with 8 Ah total, which lets me cover most of the area I deal with. I use the higher setting almost all the time. The lower setting is not very productive for leaves on grass.

Wonderful product! While it won’t replace big jobs for a gas blower like moving a yard full of leaves to the curb or mulching leaves in the fall it is exactly what I need for small, quick jobs like clearing sidewalks during mowing season or blowing off maple seeds from the deck in the spring. Comes with one 20v max battery however two works best. If I didn’t already have one from a recent B&D string trimmer purchase I would have definitely order a 2nd battery.

His only complaint is that the battery ran out before he could finish blowing the freshly cut grass. He said he may try to find out if there is a stronger rechargeable battery for this leaf blower.
