Returned the item because it lacked the power for my specific needs. Good pruner daw but I wouldn’t expect that it could stand up to anything heavy and I was scared to even try it. Go with Milwaukee M18, you won’t regret it. Big difference in power output.

I purchased this after doing a lot of research and watching youtube channels. This one caught my attention for it’s simplicity of use, lightweight and perfect for the home gardener. I am 65 years old and in good shape I love to garden, but some of my smaller trees and older shrubs are getting to be difficult to cut back with basic gardening tools. It works for what I need to do. The only 2 complaints is that the battery life is short and it can overheat if it jams during cutting, requiring to click the Lock/unlock button to get it to start again. Don’t jam it and have a few extra batteries, then it works fine.

Bought in July, works great, cut right through the material I needed it for.The only thing I had a problem with is the Model was actually a BDCR20C which is the model that comes with the Charger and Battery, however that model did not come up in the list when I put the actual model number from the Saw which was BDCR20 it also didn’t come up in the drop down list. So I registered under the BDCR20B which is the only option available.
