I don’t know what all the other reviews are talking about. This thing is single speed only, you can’t slow it down or speed it up. And the torque is almost non-existent. It isn’t very strong and it probably one of the worst rechargeable screwdrivers I’ve owned.

This is my second one. After 5 years of use and abuse, the first one’s battery is finally starting to die. It’s still working so I’m now using both. It’s simply an excellent product. The small size and weight allow me to carry it in my pack when I’m working–other power screwdrivers would stay in the toolbox until needed…and that defeats the whole point of convenience. One improvement I would suggest is a holder for an extra bit–when switching back & forth from flathead to phillips, for example.

Perfect lightweight in the toolbox hand drill. Used daily as I fix restaurant cooking equipment. Lots of panel screws, Phillips, quarter and five sixteenths inches. Bits stay in place. Better torque than my old Ryobi hand drill and cheaper. Over 20 years fixing equipment I no longer turn screws by hand. I started buying these type of toolbox drills 9 years ago. Lots of small interchangeable extensions and bits replace the nutdriver set and 3/8 sockets I used to carry.
