The BLACK+DECKER 4-Volt MAX Lithium-Ion Cordless Rechargeable Screwdriver is perfect for a range of household jobs. Its compact design allows for access into tight spaces and the LED light provides increased visibility in dark areas. The screwdriver features USB Charging which allows for a charge rate up to 4 times greater than that of standard 100mA BLACK+DECKER chargers. In addition, the screwdriver accepts any micro USB to USB charging cable (not included) and therefore can be charged from a variety of ports, including a computer with a USB outlet. Finally, the screwdriver includes a magnetic bit holder for easy bit storage.

Be sure to fully charge it BEFORE USING 16 Hours is required….. It is a Screw driver not an impact driver one speed ” Adequate” Gobs of torque for such a low Volt small tool $ times more use than Harbor fright 4 1/2 volt and will last years longer…. Try it….You’ll like it … If not return it for a full refund !

NOT variable speed!Although described as variable, it is definitely single speed.I took it home, charged it up, and tried it out. Imagine my disappointment to discover it is only single speed.I searched several brands and models at various stores because I specifically wanted variable speed. Now I will return it and shop for something different.
