I needed a small electric screwdriver to install some wire shelving in my closet and this was perfect for the job. A few days later I used it to remove some trim in my truck to run wiring. I took it on a service call to work on a vending machine and it made my job simple and fast. The light was great for the areas that were hard to see in. The three position handle allowed me to get into areas easily. It is light and easy to hold and has the power to do the job. For home, work and automotive this is one tool that can do it all.

I am a pretty handy person so i love to try on new drills and such and alway like when i find the drills that are on the smaller side and i am able to use them to get into those smaller spaces when needed.I like to use this cordless drill on my smaller projects around the house since the drill does not have as much power as a normal size drill does so this is perfect for the smaller projects that do not require as much juice/ power. I like that the drill does have a light built into it this is perfect if i am working in a dark pace and i am needing some extra light this has also come in handy to when the power has gone out at night and i had been unable to find a flash light i would just use this and it worked great for that also. The batterys do not seem to last long while using it for long periods of time charge times seems to not take as long though. I like that the drill is easy to be able to flex and move it at the nalge you are needing it at depending on the project that i am working on the grip on this drill is very easy to grip and get my hand around it for ease of use the trigger on the drill is also very easy to puch down and hold while using.The bits are very easy to install on this drill and the tilting feature is also pretty easy to use by just the push of a button the flashlight on the drill is also controlled by a button to so you are able to turn it on only when you want to use it and leave it off when you dont need it very nice feature. The drill itself is prettty lightweight and fits well in my hands and i have small chubby hands. Overall this is a nice lightweight drill works well for smaller projects that i am working on.

The 4V MAX* Lithium Ion LightDriver Cordless Screw is one of those tools you’re going to want to keep close. It comes in handy often! We just moved into a new house and so many times just in the last few days, someone is using it. It has a very bright light on the end that is so convenient. It has a lot of power, it and will.push screws through the over 100 year old timbers in my house. Even after a ton of being used and my kids wanting to pick it up to play with and use as a flashlight, the batter is still going strong. The light is still going strong. It seems very well made and a good weight without being too heavy. I’d recommend this tool to anyone. It’s one of those you will use often.

The forward/reverse switch is easy to operate with your thumb. The lockout is a nice feature to prevent accidental battery drainage. The trigger is easy to operate as well, a variable speed would be nice, but at the price, I believe that might be asking too much. Flashlight is great, it provides adequate light without being so overpowering that it washes out what you are trying to see. A bit holder molded into the grip or body would also be nice, as the unit comes with two bits, but only one can be used while the other is loose. Another possible solution would be a single bit included with the unit that has phillips on one end and flat on the other, then you can just rotate as needed and there is nothing to lose. The initial charge time was long, the manual states 10 hours. It would be nice if this could be shortened a bit, but again I understand why it is so long. You don’t want to charge lithium ion batteries too fast without a method to keep them cool, overheating them will shorten their life span, so slow charging is the safe/economical way of safely/reliably charging the batteries. I don’t think there is any way to accomplish this with the current design without raising costs. Maybe a removable battery would work, make it compatible across your entire 4V MAX Lithium line, then offer a fast charging base station with a cooling fan for those who are interested? This little guy is compact, easily fits into tight spaces where you couldn’t or wouldn’t want to attempt using an impact driver, and it has enough power to run some screws but without fear of violently over torquing them accidentally.

I purchased this Black + Decker 4V MAX* Lithium Ion LightDriver Cordless Screwdriver because it filled all my needs in one product. It’s cordless, light weight and incredibly useful. The Black and Decker cordless screwdriver is very handy and great for any project! I have used it to take the dashboard out of my Jeep, put batteries in my kids toys, and building projects for my wife, and so much more. This screwdriver has many great features, my favorite is the flashlight. It’s refreshing to have a built in flashlight on the screwdriver itself instead of having to pull out your phone for the use of its flashlight feature during a project. The handle also adjusts and locks to 3 different positions which makes it easier to get into just about anywhere. It has a pretty good battery on it as well. I have used it for several projects already and I have only had to charge it once. The only down side to this screwdriver is that it comes with 2 bits but there isn’t anywhere to store them. With that being said, it would make a great addition to any toolbox!

This is an easy-to-use tool, but it is very limited. The screwdriver comes with only two accessories, and the manufacturer provides no other attachments for this model. In short, if the attachments are the wrong size, then you need another screwdriver anyway.
