The BLACK+DECKER 4.5 Amp Jig Saw features a powerful variable-speed motor that can generate up to 3,000 SPM to help make fast cuts through wood, metal or plastic. This saw can make bevel cuts of up to 45 degrees and its new and improved wire guard sightline improves visibility to the cut line and helps you make accurate cuts. Its compact handle with over mold gives you increased control while reducing vibration. Other features include a quick-clamp, which allows for fast, tool-free blade changes and an adjustable shoe to help maintain cutting stability.

I’ve had this jigsaw for over a year now and it functions just as good as out of the box, has plenty of power and you can change the blades in seconds. Recently made a porch bench with this and had absolutely no problems and the cuts were quick and clean, but remember to use quality blades so the cuts are quick and correct.
