This product exceeded my expectations. The sandpaper disc is so easy to install and remove. The sandpaper disc installation process is far superior to the Black&Decker and Skill square sandpaper which this device replaced. No more aligning of square shaped sandpaper patches folding the edges and hoping the flimsy clamps hold and then watching the whole thing come loose after less than a minute or so of usage.

This may be the best item for the price that I have ever purchased in my lifetime! I am a 70 year old great-grandma and this sander is so easy to use. This was my first experience with an electric sander. It glides over the surface (do not press down), so easy to change the sandpaper, light weight, dust catcher, low vibration, low noise, etc. My large deck was still very sturdy so I didn’t want to go to the expense of a total replacement, but the boards were very weathered. I used a lot of wood filler, sanded, and painted. Looks great! I can’t say enough great things about this little sander. For the price, I would have been happy if it had lasted only long enough to complete this project but I expect it to last as long as I might need it.

Bought this to sand my house siding after scraping for paint prep. I have a Black and Decker oscillating sander that has held up for years and a reciprocating saw that is higher quality. This feels a little lower quality than those tools but only costs 30$. Does the job fine. Seems good for occasional use. If it was for pro use would go with Dewalt or something and spend more.

I am giving three stars because it just comes with one sand paper and it is not super powerful. I am restoring a coffee table that was painted white and the paint is not coming off as easily as I expected.As for Home Depot online purchase I would give 0 if I could. I hated the new locker system.

Met my expectations and then some. Wasn’t sure about the Velcro and was surprised it holds up well while sanding. Also, rrdered some extra sand paper and it had more holes than this sander had, but everything worked just fine. Not sure what the holes are about, but the Velcro holds regardless. A contractor is doing a bath remodel at my place and happened to use my sander and said “this thing is great, works better than the one I have”.

I have been using this sander regularly for about 1-2 months now… has not disappointed once. I’m new to woodworking and this was a great budget choice compared to other high-dollar sanders. No issues with the dust collection. Looking forward to giving Black & Decker another look when considering any future tool purchases.

This is a pretty decent orbital sander. I haven’t used as much as other reviewers but I can say it works. I made probably close to 30 walking sticks this past summer and it did a superb job. I bought the wrong sandpaper (not enough holes) but it still sanded fine. There’s two downsides, hence the last star taken off. The dust bag, where it connects, seems a little fragile. I don’t know how long the “locking tab” will last. Also, my hand cramps up after a couple minutes. I’m not real familiar with power sanders so I guess I can’t say if its just this sander or if others are uncomfortable too. Hope this helps. Thanks for reading.

This is a great little sander for a good price. Just be sure to keep the velcro loop surface (for sanding discs) clear, because replacing it will cost more than the price of the sander itself!

FINALLY GOT AROUND TO USING THE ORBITAL SANDER. MY ONLY CRITICISM IS THAT IT NEEDS A LARGER ON/OFF SWITCH. THE SANDER MET ALL EXPECTATIONS AND THEN SOME. GOOD VALUE FOR THE PRICE.WHAT DO WE HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO WIN IF WE DO NOT ENTER A PHOTO? DON’T YOU THINK THIS IS UNFAIR.
