This 22 in. Electric Hedge Trimmer is perfect for trimming large hedges, bushes, and shrubs. But, with the SAWBLADE at the end of the blade you can cut large branches up to 1.5 in. T, so there nothing standing in your way. With its lightweight design and full wrap-around handle it’s designed for greater comfort and control.
- 22 in. dual-action hardened steel blade for reduced vibration while trimming (compared to BLACK and DECKER single-action blade models)
- Cut branches up to 1.5 in. T with the addition of the SAWBLADE

The product has excellent performance capability, however, the sawblade lacks cutting capabilities. I like the lightweightness of the hedge trimmer which helps to relieve fatigue in handling. I have been unsuccessful in reaching someone at The Home Depot to confirm my warranty.. The wait time is ludicrous!

Product is easy to assemble and use. The saw portion of it is not as useful as advertised or maybe my technique is not right. Either way, I would have preferred to have the swivel handle rather than the saw.

The motor runs fine but the saw blade on one end is useless and restricts the use of the trimmer when trimming in one direction as the bush hangs up on the saw blade. I would not purchase this model again.

I have lots of hedges and shrubs. The longest is 80ft of barberry. I have another gas trimmer, however, it is heavier. In my 80s and I need “light”. The 4 Amp. motor buzzes right through the tough ones. Dealing with a 100 ft of electric cord is”easier” than working with the much heavier gas trimmer.

Should have listened to reviews. It works fine when trimming to the right, but when swinging to the left the “saw blade” catches on branches. Being right handed I tend to trim more with the blade swinging left. So, it will work, but will never be as good as my previous trimmer.
