Easy to assemble. Cuts pretty good. However, can’t seem to get the bag to stay on when going over bumpy areas. Constantly have to stop to make sure bag is secured since you’re not supposed to operate without. Overall good purchase though.

Arrived quickly, was easy to assemble, easy to use, and the blade was sharp enough to mow almost our entire lawn and still accidentally slice through my heavy extension chord! Guess I need a new extension cable, but the mower is Awesome! Luckily, 100 ft. cables are also available on homedepot.com!

There are two problems after installation:1) Both Cable Holders can’t be found in the Box, in other words, it does not include the Cable holder as shown #6. Cable Holders at Fig A in the Instruction Manual page 1; 2) One of roll wheel does not move well at the frontal left side as other three. Above problems have been made twice Live Chats, and once email to Blocker + Decker, I got nothing! The third Live Chat was made with Home Depot, who let me to Return it.Actually I really need it, but I could not find where can I get helps. The Customer Service phone is a machine with more complex operation. This is why I had to use live chat and email. It seems, someone could offer some help in here, unfortunately a return processing has been started by Home Depot on it. I am going to order same one, Hopefully God bless, does not lost any parts in next one to me!
