We’ve had this for a couple years. Has great power and will eat up almost anything in it’s path. Only complaint I have is the amount of string it goes through! I can typically get about 2-3 hours on a roll of it. After that, you have to replace it again and again and again! Need a good generic replacement so it won’t cost so much!

My concern was whether I–at my age and health status–could manage a string trimmer. This one is lightweight and easy to set up and use. It gave me control over those pesky weeds that I haven’t had in years! I liked it so well (and was so pleased with myself for the work I got done) that I bought the cordless version for those areas beyond my electrical cord.

Bought the trimmer about a month ago. It’s been working well, cuts through the grass quite easily. Only complaint is the support handle ratchet keeps on slipping forcing me to adjust the handle from time to time.

This is the first weedeater I have purchased in several years. I am amazed at how the technology has improved. This very inexpensive and very light unit has great power for its’ size. The self feeding line takes a little getting used to. It works well once you get the hang of it. It only holds 30 feet of line. If you re-wind the spool yourself, you have to be very careful to wind the line so it does not overlap on itself, or you can buy already wound spools. I can weed-eat the front of the lawn and down both sides of the driveway (approximately 120 feet) using about half of a spool. I guess the best quest to ask is, would you buy it again? The answer is yes!
