I love that I can make solo drinks and shakes for when I’m on the go. Very easy clean up and doesn’t take up a huge amount of space. I gave the Powercrush Digital Quiet Blender four stars due to the fact that it as not as quiet as the name describes. I was sent this blender in exchange for my review on the Spectrum Brands website. Other than the Quiet worded in the name, this blender does everything else it claims to and we couldn’t be happier with it.

This blender is not so quiet after all. It also requires the food to be cut into small pieces even if placed into the jar itself. The ingredient slot into the jar is very small. When using the smoothie automatic operation, it stops when done but the light remains steady so I wait a bit not knowing if it is truly done or just going through its little rest between spins. My previous blender light would flash when the cycle was fully completed. There are only a four blade arms–two large & two small. The blade assembly and jar base are very easy to use & clean–no rubber gasket.

It has a smoothie preset as well as margarita and milkshake. I LOVE the preset for smoothies. It makes it so not clumpy and it is super quiet. Not the usual grinding and annoyance. I used for a few other things but smoothies are a regular during summer and easy to clean.

Would have been better if the 48oz glass pitcher was plastic. Not quiet unless on the lowest setting. I bought it for the power which it certainly delivers and came with a water bottle that your able to blend with,very convenient. When blending with the bottle its extremely louder then using the glass jar. It does get extremely loud and vibrates excessively if your blending for more then 60sec.
