Black+Decker has always been my go-to manufacturer for small household appliances. This blender is a solid example quality. It looks far more expensive than it actually was and does everything it is supposed to do per the product description. It is fairly quiet, very powerful, and the glass jar, instead of a plastic one, is just one more example of product quality. Home Depot had the best price in my area compared to other well known department stores and big box stores. I’m very pleased with my purchase.
