I really like the blower vac, It does a really good job as a vac, but I’m a little concerned that the blade that actually does the mulching will have to be replaced often. I say this because I have a backyard with over 1/2 a dozen trees that are over 50 yrs. old and the amount of leves is enormus. Wish the blade was metal. Today I had a problem starting it. Had to disconnect the vac tube and reattach it to the power head to get it to work. This happened twice. Also I own your 60V blower. Great machine but I had to add a shoulder strap to help me with the weight. I’m 74 and not as strong as I once was. Wish your engineer would have thought of that. I only buy Black and Decker or De Walt. Keep up the good work

So far I have only used the vacuum/mulcher portion of this machine. It works well. The main thing that I dislike it that it’s a bit heavy and hard to get comfortable. I’m sure I will get used to it and figure out how to hold it better.

I originally purchased this unit with the intent to vacuum/mulch leaves. While that feature works alright with dry leaves, I found that it clogged often when leaves are slightly damp. This year I purchased an upright leaf mulcher and used this unit purely as a blower with fantastic results! The oscillating blower nozzle is amazing, cutting raking time by more than half under our 50′ maple tree. I blew the leaves into a few large mounds and then used leaf scoops (picture giant salad tongs) to pick up and drop into the separate mulcher. The job that usually takes 3+ hours was complete in less than one!
