Satisfied with coffee maker, however the display does not show how many minutes left before Shot Off and it also does have the alert function once it finishes brewing. Both feature sorely missed from this coffee maker.

This is a very good product does and puts out the same as those “high” priced models. Although there is no backlit clock light and I suspect it’s because of the price, but that not to say the other model the cm2020R might have one.

It will get you by especially if your like me and you have to have your morning coffee or you will bite someone’s face off (not literally) It’s not there greatest coffee maker but I have had worse. In my opinion it needs to go down a few bucks.
