I’ve had this for a few years now, and it has been a great coffee maker. The carafe keeps the coffee hot for hours, and I love how easy it is to program. The only issue has been the tab on the lid broke. I haven’t been able to find a replacement lid thus far, so have just had to use the broken one.

I bought this several years ago and it has served us well. I especially appreciate the insulated carafe as the coffee tastes better than coffee that has been sitting in a glass carafe on a hot plate. Also saves electricity. Just this morning, though, the little lever that allows pouring broke. I’m hoping that I can find a replacement lid as I really like this coffeemaker.

We have been making coffee in the CM2035B every day for a year now. It has shown zero defects. It works perfectly and makes good coffee. it has a 1-4 cup button and a “strong” button. I think these adjust brew speed so that the quantity of water is dispersed at an appropriate time to match your intentions, but if you don’t use them often, and accidentally have 1-4 selected when you are making 12 cups, you will have a long wait on your hands, and possibly stronger than you wanted. I don’t mind my coffee on the strong side, but I want it ASAP. This is not a bug, you just have to select the proper brew mode. I find Black & Decker coffee makers do a great job making every day drip coffee fast and easy. I recommend them to my friends. This one has more features than I’m used to, but one year in and I love it.

Given the reviews I waited a year before providing mine. We love this coffee maker and have used it multiple time a day all year. Durability has not been a problem. We have a granite countertop and ceramic sink. Neither good for glass pots. The thermos pot keeps coffee fresh and warm for hours. Not having a heating plate you won’t get coffee that tastes burnt. Nice to be able to put the coffee pot on the table or outside on the porch and have fresh coffee refills nearby. I don’t think I could go back to a glass pot system again.

This is the best coffeepot we have ever owned. There is no warming plate but the coffee stays warm overnight. No worries about breaking the carafe. It brews quickly. We love it! We have bought very expensive pots and very cheap pots- with no great difference in quality. But this pot, and our gold permanent filter, have made coffee a no worry operation.
