Two batteries included. Storage space (hard to open when new) for “spare” battery (that should be charging). Have to charge battery externally. Provided documentation is poor. To use the catch bag, first remove the redirect guard. The wheel hight is easy to adjust but need to adj way high to start.

So far the mower is OK. I have only used it twice so that isn’t really a good test I guess. My old Black and Decker was mad much better. Especially the wheels. It was also much heavier than this one. I feel this one is cheaply made. The only reason I changed was I couldn’t get a battery for my old one. I will say with this one because Black and Decker usually have good products I did keep the old one in case someone can come up with a type of battery it needs. 24 Volt.

Two batteries don’t do the job – IF I TRY TO CUT THE GRASS TOO SHORT. However, if I move the setting a bit higher, the mower doesn’t strain and the batteries work just fine. In other words, don’t make the batteries work too hard!

I just put it together and used it for the first time this week, and so far, so good. Assembly instructions were not great, illustrations were too dark to be useful, but there’s not actually a lot to assemble so that’s not a huge issue. Runs so quietly, and did a good job on the grass.
