Mower was very light which was great for me. I wasn’t satisfied with the batteries. Charged them both up and to my surprise, they didn’t hold that charge. Next morning, they pooped out rather quickly. Charge should hold longer.

I purchased my lawn mower off the Home Depot web store. It looked like a good value given the bonus battery, which provided the lawn mower + 2 batteries + a bonus battery for about $315 including tax. I assembled the mower and charged two of the batteries. The first battery lasted about 15 minutes. I inserted the second battery and it lasted about 5 minutes. The charger indicated that the batteries had been fully charged before insertion. I called Home Depot and they instructed me to return the mower to the nearest store and a new one would be shipped. Tonia of the Sawmill Store handled the return and found that I had not been credit for returning the defective mower. She straightened that out and the web site sent me a new mower in about two days

So far the mower is working great. The larger back wheel makes it easier to push the mower through the areas with longer grass.

Easy to assemble and use. Having 2 batteries included is great.

I purchased this mower may 2019 and have used it extensively both with and without the grass catcher. It has consistently cut well. It uses more battery power if the grass gets long but generally the battery lasts 20 minutes—enough to cut the front with 1 battery and the back lawn with the second. I am 70 yrs old and enjoy the light weight and less noise of this mower.

My LawnBoy mower will last 50 years … but this light weight powerful mower is much better. The fumes .. the mixing gas… the noise… the maintenance … all gone with this Black and Decker cordless electric… I’ve had it for 5 years… no maintenance .. no gas. .. and the blade turns much faster cutting the grass up much finer and filling the bag evenly without clogging. The batteries outlast me. .. they give you two of them.Best mower by far that I’ve owned in 50 years.

Assemby was simple. The battery lasts about an hour. The batteries do take several hours to charge. We have had the mower for two weeks now and so for far it works great. Would recommend.

I bought this one after returning a less powerful BD cordless mower (20 volt?) . This one has more power and cuts very well. It is lightweight and easy to maneuver. It was super easy to put together. We have another BD cordless mower about 3 years old and the switch broke. I haven’t found anyone to repair it, so I bought this one. The good thing is you can take the batteries out of the machine and charge separately. With the 3 year old one, the battery was in the machine and to charge it, I had to take it in the basement and charge it up. That led to the clumsy person (me) who tripped over the cord and broke the switch in the mower. Now the entire mower is no good. There are two batteries, so you can continue to mow when one battery dies off- about 20-25 minutes depending on how high you have the cutting level set. Which is fine for me after 40-60 minutes, I’m ready t quit anyway. I detest gasoline mowers.

Used it once so far. Battery held its charge and then some. Very light weight compared to my old gas-powered push motor. Easy to assemble, and adjust. So far, very pleased.

Lightweight and easy start! Great for smaller lawns. I did have trouble with battery install…you really have to push hard to make contact. Thank you.

Love the actual mower. Having issues with the battery life but Black and decker is assisting me with sending out replacement batteries and we are all hopeful that will remedy the problem. They were great to work with!

Needs stronger batteries and last longer

Seems to work pretty well. Takes 3 batteries to mow my 1/4, or so, acre lawn.

My yard in small, under 1/4 arcs, and I’m having issues with the battery. After a short time, the mower stops and battery has to be recharged. Last time I mowed the battery finally made it for the entire mowing. Hopping this continues..
