As long as you don’t try to scalp your yard the batteries lasted just fine.

We have a steep bank in our front yard. This mower handles are adjustable making the task easier. Its our first battery powered lawn mower. Its quiet, easy to use, easy to clean, its sturdy but lightweight. The bag is easy to use. Recharges quickly. Love it. Replaced a gas mower we had for 17 years. Don’t miss the noise of the gas mower or the need to tune up.

My son put it together and my grandson pushed around the yard.

Easy to assemble and use. Impressed with cutting power/battery life. Easy to monitor battery charge. We cut a medium size yard and use 1 1/4 battery. Grass is medium height and cut short. Each battery takes 3 hours to charge. Excellent quality/value for price point.

Although my 15-year-old B&D mower still works, it keeps thinking that its grass-clogged when warmed up. My new mower is even better handling & the dual batteries were able to cut my entire half-acre lawn with charge to spare. Although slightly heavier than a Rykobi that I tested, it still easily cut the grass much better with no problem turning around or sharply to get the final trimming, plus the battery held up without recharging. Keep up the good tradition! Just one thing: Can B&D return to being “Made In America” soon?

Very happy with this mower. It’s my second B&D cordless mower; the first one lasted over 10 years. I love the fact that it’s virtually maintenance free and I don’t have to worry about starting it. (I’m female, over 70, with shoulder issues and limited upper body strength.) It’s not heavy, powerful enough to get the job done, and the mowing height is easily adjusted.

This mower was a replacement for a Black & Decker mower that we “inherited” from a family member. My husband had a stroke in 2012, which left him with some deficits-both physical and mental. I wanted a mower that would be easy to use, so he could continue to feel useful. This “fit the bill”.

I bought this 60 Volt Max Powerswap 20 inch Cordless Mower 6 weeks ago and I absolutely love this mower! It makes my lawn look perfectly beautiful! I love all it’s features and and the battery life is wonderful!

The mower does an excellent job of cutting the grass and there is ample power given the two batteries which are supplied with the mower.

Great product. I was skeptical at first, I really didn’t see how battery power could cut down weeds as well as grass. I charge the batteries and went to town on a strip of thick weeds and was really surprised at the results. I started at the high setting and made two passes, but it did it without any real effort. Also, the batteries have plenty of juice to complete the cutting of a three quarter acre yard, with power to spare. I am really glad I purchased this brand over the others I was looking at.

On my First use, I charge both charger before my first use, I already use to cut my yard 2 times now on the same charge. I am waiting for my 3rd cut to see if the battery will need to be recharge then. As for now I am a very happy customer!

Great mower! Just what we expected and couldn’t ask for better performance.

I have a 1500 Sq. Ft. lawn, so this mower is more than adequate for me. I have very thick Zoysia grass and the mower powered right through it with ease. My only complaint is the mulcher attachment. When I used it, grass leaked out of the side shoot. The rear bag worked well. Each battery takes about 4 hours to charge from zero–reasonable. I have used it several times and I am very happy with it.

Can’t provide a rating since, I took it back without running it. Was looking for a self-propelled but HD online has it labelled wrong at the time of this posting – 05.02.17

Replacement of an earlier model. More power delivered.

This is the best mower I’ve ever owned. I’m 73 years old and no longer was able to pull a cord to start a gas mower. This rechargeable more is easy too push and it’s not self-propelled. The batteries are good for about 30 minutes or so and it comes with two batteries. I would recommend this to everyone.

I purchased the mower 1 week ago and am on my 2nd cutting. I find the battery life does not hold up well before I have to change over to another battery. I am getting about 20 minutes of mowing on 5″ grass before the switch. The recharge of the batter is taking 1/2 day or longer per battery. Will be checking with B&D to see if this is typical. Purchased the unit because of electric start and no pull cord. Very pleased with that aspect of the mower. the attachment hardware and housing seems flimsy. We will see if it will last the season of mowing which will be 18-21 times this year.

I bought this mower two years ago. It is light and easy to push. I have a large yard and the twin batteries have never run out of power when I mowed my lawn. It is easy to clean and store. I don’t have to worry about gas, oil or air filters and I can turn the mower on the side to sharpen the blade. It is the best mower I have ever used. I recommend getting another battery charger so both batteries can be charged at the same time when mowing is completed.
