I bought the 20″ cordless mover Sept 2018 and it worked great. It was easy to assemble and lived up to the recommended from son-in-law: light weight, the blades can easily be raised or lowered, and starting it was not labor intensive.There were no problems when I started using the mower April 2019, but in July the batteries were not holding a charge and the key had a crack in the contact connection. I really like using this mower so I accepted a warranty replacement. Even though I had a problem, I didn’t let it discourage me from accepting a replacement. Mowing my lawn feels like less of a chore. I am glad I decided on a cordless mower

We’re very pleased with this mower. We had wanted to switch from gas to electric-battery for a while, but figured we would wait until the gas one died, which it did earlier this spring.We chose the mower based on Consumer Reports reviews, and although it was a bit pricey, it is worth it. Easy to set up out of the box, it runs quietly, is light, no more messing around with oil and gas, and best of all you’re not spewing clouds of smoke and carbon into the neighbourhood.Moving to this mower has made us feel like we’ve time traveled from the 1970s to the 2020s. It’s the future and we would never go back to gas.We have a quarter-acre property (most of it lawn) and we are able to easily do it all with one charge of the dual batteries. And even if your property is bigger, it’s no big deal – do half of it one day, charge the batteries, do the other half the next day.

I read other reviews and largely agree with them on battery. My customer service experience has been very satisfactory. Hopefully the quality of battery will improve.As one reviewer mentioned, it is somewhat hard to put in/out of the batteries. My neighbor, retired professor was interested in my mower because it ran so quiet, and I eagerly showed it to her. But she had very hard time, like me at first to put in the battery.The mower has so many attractive features vs. gas mower. I will not go back to the gas ones. Hope Black and Decker keeps improving this 60v model.

So far this is amazing! Light weight and easy to push, even up hills. I’m 5’2”, 125 lbs and retired. This is easy to start, easy to turn over and clean out grass and easy to recharge. Plus, it’s better for our environment. No more gas lawnmowers for me.

I bought the 60 volt lawn mower and trimmer two months ago for my cabin on the lake. I have a double lot, about 100×100. With the close proximity of the neighbors I wanted something quiet I could use early in the day. I am very impressed with the tools and the battery life. The trimmer lasts long enough for me to trim around the cabin, trees and edge the sea wall without the battery dying. I mowed the grass for the second time yesterday with the mulching kit installed and did not even have to switch to the second battery. The mower is lightweight and seems rugged enough for this type of work. I would definitely recommend the mower and trimmer, especially for the price.
