This thing will solve all your cooking needs in a heartbeat. We stayed at a beach hotel where we cooked all our healthy and even some cuban staples From blackbeans to ribery steaks this hot plate pulled it all off without a glitch. We saved tons of money while staying away from the crowds at restaurants. I’m taking it home to replace my 240 v power guzzler,well at least for the most part.Great little cooker!
