I’ve had this for a few years and it works great, but the plastic is super fragile. It seems like every time I wash it another little piece breaks off, and today the whole bowl split down the side. I was worried for a while that sooner or later I’d break off the little piece that breaks the safety and it wouldn’t turn on, but this is much worse.

I bought this years ago when Kmart was going out of business. I have not had any problems and have used it off and on for almost 4 years, maybe 5. My parents have a hard time when they use it and always need help figuring it out, so maybe it’s complicated?? I find it just very safe since they usually just don’t have things locked down. I am looking for a replacement for the shedding attachment, the white part that goes under the blade. I lost it when I moved.

I think this is a Powerful product. It’s Great for even grounding or Chopping Pork, ( As long as you cut pieces small enough to not damage the Blade ). I’d refer this product! It Works GREAT!

The Power Pro is really powerful. It tends to it’s task very fast, and it is easy to use. This engine will never weaar out or overtire.For professional use, the plastic is a bit fragile, as in, the rim on the bowl from being hit with the commercial spatula has sufferd some chips but still works good. The insert to the handle from continuous commerscial washing has to be adjusted after every wash but not big deal really. For home use it will not even need to be done often. I am actaually on this site to find a new bowl. I will not look for another food processor because this one is so powerful and fast.For small pro-kitchen or home use it is great and will last forever.

I bought the 10 cup food processor almost1 year ago. I loved the product. But now the top lid has been broken by accident. I am trying to find it but don’t know where to look for it. Now it is useless until i find the top lid. Can you please let me know where can i get it and how much will it cost??

The shredder has a flaw that always leaves lumps in the lid/cover crevice one losing product and two making it difficult to clean. The shredder also consistently leaves large chunks instead of completely shredded product. The dough blade also leaves behind too much flour when it should have been incorporated. The ‘low’ setting is not very “low”.

I bought this last year to make potato pancakes for a party and still use it to make coleslaws and lots of other stuff BUT the cover to the bowl broke while washing it and now I cannot use the food processor at all.

I am the happiness woman in America. I LOVE my Food Processor. All the parts were included, the assemble was too easy and when I used it to check the chopping and slicing ability….I fell in LOVE all over again. I love all Black & Decker products but I was disappointed with the black & decker label on my food processor, after a two cleaning the label came off. is there any way you guys can do a better job with the labelling because it comes off so easily.

I have been using it for over a year. The stem coupling has a crack in it and now my bowl has a crack in the side after my daughter accidentally dropped it after doing dishes. According to the other reviews it seems like it is susceptible to cracking. :/Would love to get a new bowl and coupling if it wouldn’t cost as much as getting a new one!

I have owned this food processor for more than a year. It works great. I have used it to shred and slice. The only thing I would like is if I could but different blades or attachments to be able to do more with it. It is a little loud but no worse then most blenders and Its not like you be running it for long periods of time. The longest I have run it was to make almond butter, which it did without a problem.

I replaced my less expensive food processor with this one when I couldn’t find a replacement for the cracked bowl. I was attracted to this model because it offered a wide-mouthed chute and this is indeed a nice feature. However, I find it cumbersome when it is necessary to stir the contents being processed. I totally understand the importance of the safety features, but this multiple system is a bit overboard.

As I was processing fresh pumpkin, “today”, and decided to just mix everything in the processer.
