Excellent little trimmer for those like me who don’t want to use a heavy electrical/battery operated trimmer. This little girl has saved me so much time. I was using hand clippers and it would take me forever to trim. I am a senior lady and can tell you that the only negative thing I have to say is how you have to run it. Example – squeeze handle – push in button at same time. Makes me shake my head. That aside I can tell you at least for me that the Black & Decker customer service was absolutely great when I needed their help. NOTE: If you want to trim thick limbs this little trimmer isn’t going to work for you. I trim spirea and other small limb bushes and it works great.
