Never wasting money again on dry cleaning services for steam treatments. This is a magic wand! Not every time something is worn does it need to be dry cleaned, and sometimes wrinkles and folds happen. Can’t take an iron to it. I steam everything in my house. I steam my floors, my kids medical equipment, my furniture everything. This us perfect for not just clothing. I use this for my couches and chairs. I’ve steamed my larger curtains that cannot be washed. My area rugs. Mattresses. Anything really that you cant wash. This isnt leaking like other hand steamers I have used for this type of item. Good sized water reservoir. Heats up quickly. Cord could be longer but its workable. Of course you can steam clothing as well but I do not use that for this as much as other things. Fits great in my hand and not too heavy to use for big Items. Love this product!

This steamer worked great for my family of 6. Got the kids clothes and mine done in a way shorter length of time than ironing. It’s a bit on the heavy side, but does not bother me. Let’s out enough steam and does not leak like my previous one. Overall a great product that I would reccomend to anyone looking to purchase.

I really like this steamer, it’s fast and works really well. Many improvements over earlier steamers: automatic shut-off, larger water tank for longer use between fills, push-button steaming (instead of constant steaming, which causes steam vents to plug up)This really is a handy device and so fast and easy to use! The iron plate works nicely on the stubborn wrinkles. The only downside is the temperature is not adjustable, it’s at a medium temperature. The steam is very hot and moves all directions, including up, as you steam your items. Another option I’ve used is hanging from pant hanger and clipping one side and hang from shower rod. This is also great to bring on a trip! If you have room in your luggage this is a life saver when traveling, especially if you have any formal events! I like that it has a cover to use for when I am steaming delicate clothes. Overall, we have all been pleased with this product and how well it works! I have recommended it to many friends and colleagues!

This is a great gadget to get wrinkles out of your clothes quickly. I like how fast it heats up and it is very light. I used it on some lightly and moderately wrinkle tops and it took the wrinkles out in a snap. This Black and Decker steamer would even be perfect to take on a longer trip since it doesn’t way too much. It would work much faster than a hotel iron.

I had a great experience using the Black and Decker compact garment cleaner. I used this garment steamer while on a trip on my clothes that were packed in a suitcase and had some wrinkles. I found it very easy to use. I really liked that it had the detachable water tank, makes filling and emptying so easy! Has a heated plate, that removes the wrinkles, has 50 percent more Steal! It also has auto shut off, which is a great feature in cause you forget to turn it off. It also has a steam lock button, that produces continuous steam. Fast preheat for steam. It definitely worked on my clothes, and I liked the compact size of it too, makes it very easy to handle, and also to take with you on trips!

I got the Black and Decker Compact Garment Steamer for free to sample. This is my opinion based on my usage. I absolutely love how easy it is to use. It’s compact and light enough that I can pack it to use for any trips that I need. I love the metal press plate so I can get close to the garments without it burning. The continuous steam switch and burst trigger are also great features. It was so easy to use, my 11 year old was able to use it with minimal guidance.

I received this handheld steamer to try and review. I have used steamers before, but they were awkward and hard to use. Making it easy to end up hurting yourself. THIS steamer is so easy to use and works sooooo well! It’s perfect for travel too! Faster than an iron and does a fanstastic job!

I bought my steamer at JCPenney and was able to use it once. It was wonderful! I was finally able to wear clothes I could not for a long time because they wrinkled too easily. I ended up being too busy to use it again for a few months, but when I plugged it back in and tried to start it up, it just didn’t work! The heat plate got mildly warm, but not hot enough for it to remove the wrinkles, and I could see small amounts of steam emitting from the machine even though I wasn’t holding down the trigger. And even if I did keep the lock on for several minutes, the steamer wouldn’t do anything besides filling up the room with it’s buzzing and plastic smell (but in it’s defense it’s still quite new). I will keep on trying a few more times to see if it works, but I wouldn’t let my negative experience completely deter you from buying this.
