I have never used a steamer before so I was new on how to use one. My first thoughts were that this item is light and easy to use. The instructions were clear to understand and follow. I used it on a shirt that had noticeable wrinkles and this steamer did the job quickly! I can see myself traveling with this since it’s small enough to fit in a suitcase.

I really like this steamer, it’s fast and works really well. Many improvements over earlier steamers: automatic shut-off, larger water tank for longer use between fills, push-button steaming (instead of constant steaming, which causes steam vents to plug up)This really is a handy device and so fast and easy to use! The iron plate works nicely on the stubborn wrinkles. The only downside is the temperature is not adjustable, it’s at a medium temperature. The steam is very hot and moves all directions, including up, as you steam your items. Another option I’ve used is hanging from pant hanger and clipping one side and hang from shower rod. This is also great to bring on a trip! If you have room in your luggage this is a life saver when traveling, especially if you have any formal events! I like that it has a cover to use for when I am steaming delicate clothes. Overall, we have all been pleased with this product and how well it works! I have recommended it to many friends and colleagues!

The first thing I noticed is that there are NO instructions. I have never used one before so that would have been helpful. Once I figured it out, it was quick and easy and I was done in seconds taking the wrinkles out of my sons shirt. I fell in love with it! I’m a full time student and a I work full time and am a mother of three. Therefore, it’s safe to say that I never fold laundry as soon as it’s fresh out of the dryer. So this tool is a life saver!!

I received this a few months ago and have used it numerous times over that time. This was honestly my first time using a garment steamer and I’m convinced that I’ve been spoiled by this being my first one. After filling and turning it on, it heated up in joke, less than a minute. The handle is designed so that it is comfortable to hold and use, which is especially great for those bigger projects. The most genius part is the trigger lock for a constant stream of steam!

I have used this garment steamer a number of times now and it works well. The only issue I’ve had is that it sometimes it sprays a stream of water.
