The black & decker 24″ is a great tool and easy to work with. The extended cord really helps to keep you going because the cord doesn’t get caught up on the blades while in operation. The rotating handle is also a nice touch which allows you to trim round and curvy shrubs like a pro! I would definitely recommend this tool.

You don’t realize how dull yours is until you try this new one. Recommend somwhat smaller gauge extension cord so it stays secure. Mine came unplugged while trigger was locked. Plugged it back in not noticing the blade was sitting by cord….sliced the extension cord. Simple, long, sharp, lighter weight trimmer..perfect for homeowner use. Too soon to give a 5. A 5 in the short term for sure.

Needed this for extra reach to trim large shrubs. Have only used this one time since purchasing but it worked great. Sure it is corded, but since all my shrubs are close to my house (and near outlets) it is not a big deal. Lighter weight without the battery pack or gas engine of non corded options.
