great trimmer. the telescopic feature helps avoid going up the ladder. the blade jiggles a bid because it is adjustable head. an extension like the one on the pole saw would have been useful. they are not exactly interchangeable. the extension with the saw has an extra kink that needs a hole in the socket. you could carve the hole for the kind and it would work, and you would get another 4 feet, but if you do that you will void your warranty

The trimmer works very well. A good buy. The reason I didn’t give an Excellent rating is because it is very heavy. Needs a shoulder harness or something to support the weight. Will probably buy a harness. Would be helpful if B&D had designed one to go with this trimmer. At least a buyer would have a choice to buy initially or buy later. A good product and works very well.
